the breakfast was amazing and had lots of choice. the location rocks because its super close to the shopping centre. the staff is super friendly, it.
my room felt kinda dusty. there wasnt many parking spots available. plus i couldnt bring takeaway to my room, so sad about this.

friendly hosts bright hotel fantastic shower
the hosts were very friendly and helpful. the hotel is bright and very well decorated. our shower cubicle was new, and the overhead shower was fantastic.
takeaway food is not allowed in the hotel rooms.

comfortable bed super clean room great location
The bed was very comfortable! The room was super clean. I especially loved the delicious and plentiful breakfast. It was a great start to the day. The location was great. I could walk to a lovely shopping center and North Beach.
The parking situation was a bit limited. There was no guarantee of a space, even with a paid parking permit.

The hotel is near the beach and bars, providing easy access to attractions. It is a pleasant walk to Sewerby Park. The location is excellent for exploring. It's a few minutes walk to the seafront and main shopping area.

The hosts were cute and accommodating. Jane helped plan my day, offering invaluable local knowledge. Jane even used an app to register my car for a parking permit. She greeted me with a towel for my dog when we got caught in a downpour!

the breakfast filled me up for the day. the price was good. my room was lovely, and the bed was comfy. the location was great, so close to the beach and shops.
The parking was limited, with no guarantee of a space even with a permit. dogs cannot be left at any time. i could not bring takeaway food into the rooms. There was no dinner service.
